1994 Philip Togni Cabernet Sauvignon

Amazing California Bordeaux style wine. Very youthful, much younger than 14 years, which shows promise for a very long life. The nose sucks me in with prunes, saddle leather, plums and a perfect pitch. Fine and nuanced, full but impeccably clean earthy body. Pure class. Excessively long, with a more than 1 minute finish. Just beautiful and will last at least 20 more years. Awesome. Drank with a steak. Retail $225.
