1999 Galantin Bandol Longue Garde

Great very funky nose of tilled hot dirt, spice, mushrooms. Tannic and complex this is old school. There's no jucy fruit, or oak, and wouldn't ever be confused with a new World wine. Drank with a most delicious pork loin from Cookshop in NYC. Strange but it works. It was $74 on their list. Retail is $35.
