2005 Chave St Joseph

Sexy and gamy, fun and elegant. This wine is so good and packs a punch of flavor. After a few minutes of air, I get licorice, dirt and a huge finish. Layers and depth. Lots of smooth tannins but age it 5+ years and it will come alive. Retail $50.
