2005 Martinelli Zinfandel Giuseppe & Luisa

Kapow! Bombastic, huge, and cloying. Incredible waxy dark spicy cherry , anise, and sweet tannins coat the palate. Enormous finish. Better than the '04. As good as any zin, this one is really special. Nothing timid, but each sip picks up new nuance. Hides its almost 17% alocohol fairly well. With cajun catfish.
