Languedoc Wines | Prices, Types & Reviews

This region in Southern France produces charming and easy-drinking wines. It is best known for its light, fruity red wines that are pleasantly refreshing. They are also often some of the best bargains in the world of French wine: Because they don't have the same caché as Bordeaux or Burgundy, they are priced significantly lower. At the same time, however, there are many excellent ones out there, and you don't have to spend a fortune to buy them.
