New Year's Eve, Birthdays, Anniversaries, awards ceremonies, even the Super Bowl - not one of these would be complete without the addition of Champagne. It is, perhaps, the most famous of all wines made anywhere in the world. Indeed, you don't have to be a wine connoisseur to appreciate the beauty of a bottle of bubbly.
