Loire Wines | Prices, Types & Reviews

Some of the best values in French wine come from the Loire Valley. Many people are familiar with the most famous of the Loire Valley's wines, even if they don't realize that this is where it comes from: Pouilly-Fumé, a concentrated and delicious white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The Loire Valley s also home to some excellent red wines, too. The Cabernet Franc grape variety does especially well in the Loire Valley, producing some of the best wines in the world made from that grape.
