Pork Rib

replace me

There is a lot of fun to be had when it comes to pairing wine and pork ribs. Because of the rich, smoky, bold flavors of ribs, you can pair them with equally rich wines. There are few better combinations than barbecued ribs with California Zinfandel: The spiciness of the wine pairs nicely with the seasoning of the ribs, and if your wine has a bit more alcohol (which often tastes a bit sweet), then that will compliment any honey or sugar in the sauce used to baste the ribs. Have fun here: Pairing red wine with ribs is the perfect excuse to break out those big, bold reds that would overpower everything else.
