Parker House Rolls

replace me

A type of roll made with a yeasted bread dough enriched with eggs, butter, and milk. Parker House rolls got their name from the Parker House hotel in Boston where the roll originated. They are basically rectangles of dough that are folded over and depending on how the dough is placed on the baking sheet, often resemble a line of breaking waves when baked.
