I met Christophe my last time at Le Bec-Fin. Great times and needless to say my date was impressed with the quality of not just the food, but the killer wine list.

This was a very informative video. Brian did a great job interviewing Christophe Tassan. Can't wait to see what's to come of Season 1 of The Classic Wines Minute. Keep up the great work.
