From the Producer

The Tinazzi business was founded during the 60s in Cavaion - Verona - Italy by Eugenio Tinazzi and is now carried on by the third generation of a family which has always had a deep passion for wine and grapes. The company has made great progress during these years on its own merits, always choosing the longest but safest route and avoiding any enticing short cuts.

Ca de Rocchi Ripasso has received great reviews every year: Commended & 5 stars from Decanter. This wine is made mostly from the Amarone grapes and is rich and bright ruby red color. Fragrance of prune and sour cherry with a light scent of leather. Clean flavour with a pleasant touch of wood. Well balanced and smooth tannin. Persistant.

The bottling procedure is rigorously sterile and includes a microfiltration process, which guarantees the maximum microbiological stability. At every bottling cycle a few bottles are taken as samples to undergo microbiological testing in the laboratory. The corkage is done with the absence of air which contains dangerous oxygen. The air is removed and replaced with nitrogen, an inert gas which gives the wine, a live product, a longer life. The corkage is performed gently and slowly for a perfect seal.
