"Notes on the Fairchild Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 : NVWE NOTES: This super-rich Cabernet has beautifully-defined aromas of dark cherries, berries, dark plums, cinnamon, vanilla, toast and caramel. It is sweet-natured, supple and grandly rich on the palate, with opulent flavors of dark cherry, dry cherry, sweet red plum, mulberry, toasty vanilla and hints of cedar, toffee and earth. The finish is a lingering blast of currant and cherry and oaky spice that hides the wines tannin beautifully. Expect three years or more of improvement, but dont be afraid to drink it now for its enormous current appeal. A blend of 60% Sigaro Vineyard and 40% Beckstoffer Vineyard fruit, 100% CS. 90 cases produced (although the label reads 120).FAIRCHILD ESTATE NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2005"
