Description:
Pale, clear yellow. Very fine fruitiness, featuring aromas of white peach, apple and pear, together with spices and a delicate herbaceous note. Equally perceptible is the shining note of Alsatian terroir. The wine has a beautiful density, with excellent acidic structure and a superb finish: long, fitting, and with just a hint of residual sugar.
