"This wine derives from grapes grown in our Valley View and Los Alamos Vineyards, in the Santa Ynez Valley. This very aromatic Viognier clone, grown on a small 4 acre vineyard in Santa Ynez, yielded an outstanding wine in 2006. It was entirely cold fermented for exceptional character and bottled young in April 2007. Subtle nuances of apricot, honey, and grapefruit are apparent in this spicy, lively wine. Enjoy with Asian foods or rich poultry over the next 1-2 years."
