Made from native grape varieties of 90% Virua and 10% Malvasia. Barrel aged and lees stirred the aroma is full of citrus fruits and apples as well as aromatic herbs that appear in the background, such as lavender, thyme and even fennel. On the palate it is soft, malleable wine, thanks to the balancing effect of its structure in the mouth, the alcoholic component and the lees contact.
