Description:
Mulderbosch Faithful Hound is a Bordeaux-style red blend of 42% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 8% Petit Verdot and 6% Cabernet Franc. It is deep ruby red in color with a nose of strawberry, black currant spice and oak. It is dry and mellow, medium/full in body, with a nice touch of oak. The wines rich flavors of plums, blackberries and vanilla are well balanced with its soft tannins. On the finish, it is long and pleasing. Enjoy Mulderbosch Faithful Hound with lamb stew, roast beef, and grilled vegetables.
