Description:
A very rare and special dessert wine, made from grapes frozen on the vine. Picked in the middle of the night while the grapes are still frozen and then processed before they thaw, which gives a very high concentration of sugar in the juice. The nose is floral and fruity. The flavors are honey and pear with a candied ginger finish.
