Description:
A small portion of the grapes in Quinta do Vallado are still crushed by foot. After fermentation, 80% is aged in stainless steel while 20% is put in one year old French oak barrels for 11 months. This plum-red wine displays concentrated aromas of ripe red fruit, rose, and violet. The palate is robust and round, with flavors of raspberry, blackberry and currant. Composed of Tempranillo, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Sousao. Product of Portugal.
