St. Clement NV Cabernet Sauvignon (st clement)
Description:
The nose is filled with rich chocolate, cotton candy, red cherries, and a sweet essence of floral potpourri. On the palate, the entry introduces flavors of mint, rose petal, and sweet rhubarb that are surrounded by well integrated layers of cocoa, spice and ripe red raspberries that last throughout a long finish. The new French oak barrels impart a sweet oak and vanillin essence to the ripe fruit flavors.
