Thepleasingly rich mouthfeel is dominated by flavors of ripe pear and peach, mango, papaya, pineapple and a hint ofgrapefruit. The ample flavors and lush texture are nicely framed by the wine’s balanced acidity. Summer salads and coldcuts, grilled fresh salmon, lobster or crab in a light cream, Asian foods and curries, all will pair beautifully with thisdelicious wine. Try it also with a rich, blue cheese like Stilton, or just by itself as a refreshing aperitif. Serve well chilled.
