Fresh, rich and intense with flavours of peach and berry. Vivid structure, mineral nose, full bodied wine with lots of extract, but still not missing the typical peppery spiciness of Grüner Veltliner, long mighty finish. Durability: drink now thorugh 2015 Serving Temperature: 10 - 11 °C Fits to: It is a perfect companion to the Austrian cuisine and goes very well with Wiener Schnitzel. Its fruity character harmonises with many spicy dishes.
